Thu, Sep 28: WU & start workout at 6:15pm. 2 x 2k @ R26. 4' rest. (C3) Last 250 before each turn bring it up 2 strokes every 10 strokes (so up 2 three times before the turn).
Sat, Sep 30: WU. Meet at wall for 8:45am start. 2 x 4k head race pace. 5 minutes rest between pieces. (4 x 1500 if windy) (C2)
