REMINDER that there is a SatM meeting after practice on Thursday in the erg bay. Please plan to attend as we will be going over the year's training plan and expectations.
NOTE: Sat: BLRC Regatta. We coaches feel strongly that if you are not attending the regatta and want to row at VRC, a qualified volunteer should be in the coach boat as there is a lot of Yachting activity early in the morning that requires more than just PCOC rules. If you are willing to step up in this volunteer capacity, please post on this channel (that you are giving up your row for the good of others.) :-)
