Further to my brief update on the dock on Saturday, January 29, I felt it was important to give a little more detail to further your understanding on the reasoning for RADAR. Please read this document for that information. Also, as we cannot have an in-person meeting regarding our upcoming year, please complete this form. I have also created this anonymous form so that you can freely comment on your satisfaction (or not) with the SatM program and coaching. This document will only be viewed by the SatM coaches and Vice-Captain Operations and the Rowing Captain and is, as noted, anonymous.
