In a normal year, we have a meeting in the fall/winter to recap the year and discuss what the coming year is to bring. As we now live in a world with a little less certainty, I still think it is useful to meet and give you what is planned for the upcoming year for your training, my thoughts as your coach and what I am planning for you. We will meet between the 1st and 2nd flight of erg sessions on Thursday, December 2 at 6:15pm. I don’t plan on taking more than 10-15 minutes to speak so I won’t hold up the 2nd flight by much. I’ll send out a zoom link for the rowers that cannot/do not erg at the club so that you can be informed as well.
Tue: WU for 13’ (8’SS at R18, just oxygenate your body with slow pace, around T20’+22-25”. Remaining 5’ do power pieces at R18/20/22, for 20” w 40” light pace.) 1 x 25’ @R22. Keep your pace at T20’+ 8-10”.
Thu: WU 15’ then 2 x 11’ (11’ = 20” ON full pressure, 40” OFF; R18/20/22/24/26/28/26/24/22/20/18)
Sat: WU and meet at 8:40 at the wall. 2 x 1000m R18/20; 1 x 2000m R24
