Your health matters

As we have now gone a month of relative inactivity, or in some cases, we’ve taken up running, or some activity your body may be unaccustomed to, you may find that you have tweaked a muscle. One thing we don’t want to do is get an injury while we are trying to stay active. If you find you have need of a physio, I am recommending the person I see (he was highly recommended by a fellow rower) and he has helped me get back to rowing and a mostly pain free body.

Mike Hales of Halestorm Physiotherapy offers a 15 minute free consultation to answer any questions you may have. If you decide to work with him to keep fit and healthy, he is offering his expertise via video conferencing. To see more detail, please see his message below. In this age of uncertainty, it is important to keep our caregivers safe but also keep them going.
