2. Technical improvement (review with the coach about technique that needs to be improved. Set with the coach a goal and the steps to achieve it)
3. Mileage (prepare to gradually build stamina for head races)
Since athletes have been training in a long cycle leading towards the US Masters National regatta, please take this week easy in form of active rest: cross train, bike, etc, We will gradually build the load back up after this week. ALSO - please do not engage in strenuous exercise outside while the air quality is so poor. Please keep checking the air quality index to see when it is safe to exercise with vigour outside.
