just wanted to remind that next week we are having another 20min R24 and 1min max speed tests.
And so far for this week, the core menu is:
Day 1) Set the display for 45min / First 20min steady state rate 18, then next 25min finish with doing 1min max speed opened rate + 4min back to steady states
Day 2) Warm up for 20min, rest 3 min / 14min R24 at your projected split that you are planning to hold next week + 2 seconds/ rest 4min/ 1 x 3min R28 @ 20min test split - 5seconds
Day 3) Practice on water. 4 x 1000m R22/24/26/28 max pressure/ side by side, 2 boats at a time.
