And meanwhile, the training plan for the current week is below:
Day1 ) Steady states, technical work. Aim for 12km +. Focus on early blade lock in the water after the entry.
Day2 ) 2 x 1000m R24 max pressure; 1 x 2000m R26/ 1 x 1500m (1250m R28+ 250m Open rate)
Day3 ) Steady states till 9am; starts/ 5 x 1 stroke max; 5 x 3 strokes max pressure / 3 x 8 strokes (3 for power and 5 to bring rate up) / 1 x 12 strokes (3 for power, 5 to bring rate up, 4 to lengthen); 10 min technical row, then 3 x 25 strokes (12 strokes start sequense + 13 strokes transition into the racing rate and pace).
