We have had a lot of things happening for the last three weeks, - Head of the Charles, Head of the Gorge and, of course, erg tests.

Day1) Erging. 20 min warm up. 12min R24 (split that you pulled for 20min test -1 second), 5 min break/ 3 min R28 (add 15- 17 seconds on the top of your 1min test split)
