we have final couple of sessions before we officially open a Head Race season. It is important to participate and complete these last practices.
Day 1) 1 x 3000m R30l (first 1000m focus on consistency and pressure. Your goal is to find the rhythm, next 2000m switch start doing power 8 for every 1min. Your goal is to gradually get into power 10 and to gradually come back to racing speed / 1 x 500m open rate (focus on increasing stroke rate for every 150m (1 bit up for every 20 strokes)
Day 2) 1 x 1000m R26 (running start, max pressure) / 1 x 2000m Open Rate (spinning rate up, power 10 for every 1min)
Day 3 and 4- Head Of The River / Head of the Reach
