Hey team, 

the training program for the current week is below: 

Day 1) 

Warm up for 12min

1 x 30min R22 max distance

Day 2) 

Warm up for 15min

1 x 7min R30 20min test split +3sec / rest 5min

2 x 3min@2k+2seconds R30

Day 3)

1 x 1500m R18/ R24

2 x 1500m R26
