Coach Maksym Kepsky will be available at VRC at 5:30pm (a little earlier than usual as the Juniors will not be on the water), tomorrow afternoon to give the Sunday Masters a technical session. This will especially important for those rowers that could not make it to the Saturday Masters' session (held 8am, Saturday, July 25) but all Sunday Masters are welcome to come learn and ask questions.
Maks will assess the water conditions tomorrow on site (ie: boat traffic heading out of our harbour for the fireworks event) and if safe to do so, will hold the 20 minute Time Trial as noted in the Practice Workout schedule. If conditions do not warrant, Sunday Masters' rowers will have the opportunity to have a technical on-water session with Coach Maks until everyone gets off the water to attend the Training Session.
REMINDER: The Training Session is set for 7PM in the Harbour Room and is it is recommended that all Masters rowers attend (both programs). Bring a notebook/pen to take any notes you may find useful.
