Don't forget the first Technical Coaching Session is taking place on Wednesday, July 29 at 7pm in the Harbour Room.
We are aware Wednesday is Brazil's night for fireworks - and also a rowing night - but due to the busy summer schedule of events at our club, rooms are not readily available so we have to take what is given. Also as the fireworks will likely bring out a mass of boat traffic it's probably a good night to miss being on the water!
The plan is for Maksym to get the session underway promptly at 7pm and to finish before 9pm so everyone get out of the Park long before Armageddon kicks off.
Wednesday's session will be the first of two, the second is scheduled for the end of August prepping for Head race season and will consist of technical development of the stroke and how the next few weeks training will dovetail with the head race training block. So if you're planning on kicking some serious butt at HOL you won't want to miss this ...
