Over the next two weeks your coaches will be setting you up to complete Peak Power testing on the ergometers.
We are a little bit behind on this portion of your monthly testing due to scheduling issues in other areas. For those of you in P2, it would be great for you to do the test to monitor how your power changes the further you go into sprint season and P3's you will be provided with a handful of dates to complete the test, I hope your calendars aren't too busy?!
On another note, if you could let me know either in person or via email whether or not you plan to row over the easter weekend it would help the coaches plan the final day of 4k TT'ing. We'd like everyone to be on the water together for one last kick at the can.
