This week we will be starting our indoor training during our weekly time slot. Unfortunately, there just isn't enough light to get out on the water for anything longer than a good warm up.
There will be a "doodle poll" sent out to you ASAP for sign up in each of the flights, similar to last year. If you do not receive the poll, all is not lost for, the poll will be sent out weekly for the rest of the month until rowers find the best flight to row in. A big thank you to Heather Holden for organising it.
Flight #1 5:30-6:15pm
Flight #2 6:15-7:00pm
Flight #3 7:00-7:45pm
*Workouts will be adjusted to reflect the 45' limit.
Second to this, Jesse and I will be splitting our nights up as we did last year which will commence next week (Oct 14th) onward. If there is anyone that will be spending one or some of their nights at their local gym, please let us know so we don't miss you.
Your coaches are looking forward to working with you this winter season, having some fun and working through some tough...ok really hard workouts. Hope you are up for the challenge ahead.
