With more light in the evening hours and the warmer weather fast approaching our thoughts turn to being out on the water for evening rows. Our first scheduled evening on the water will be Thursday March 21st (provided it is bright and sunny). The next two weeks indoors, sticking to our regular programming, will benefit us in the long run and buy us enough time (in light) to complete our workouts in their entirety on the water.
