Our annual SM programme meeting will be held on Feb. 17 at the club, time TBD. You can count on the meeting being in the late afternoon which should give those of you away skiing etc. time to make it.
Coaches will be delivering the details of the upcoming season including expectations, regatta's, training camp(s), tank sessions and rigging clinic's.
Please be available for a 2hr period to cover the above details (plus more) and to go over the weight training program and crew sign up.
