Hi everyone,

A few things to keep in mind as we approach the holidays.

We will be somewhat winding down as we get closer to Christmas as our workouts are getting longer in duration and lower in intensity. These next two weeks will be geared toward burning fat and increasing your aerobic base, two areas to be concerned about - think of all the holiday treats!  If you put the work in now you will benefit greatly in January when we ramp things up again.  

Our turn out in membership during regular practice times is getting better and better so make sure to arrive early to secure your erg!

I would like to congratulate the members that completed their 6k test on time and in high spirits. Carolyn Thompson - coming off knee surgery - posted a very, very respectable time, bettering her projected split by nearly 3 seconds/500m. John Metris posted a searing avg of 144.7 !  All of those who tested on the Tuesday night did very, very well. Great work.
