Please intend to stay for a short meeting in Carver bar at 7:30pm to debrief and review your experience from Cascadia. This is also a great time to ask us questions. (We will hold another SatM meeting closer to the year end-this is intended to capture your impressions while they are fresh).
Thu: WU, start at 6:45pm. 4K@24 with sparkler midway each stretch. 2x500m from wall. Partner up with similar speed rowers (C5)
Sat: WU & meet at 9 at the wall.
For those of you who would like to have one more 1K sprint racing experience, please consider the Green Lake Crew's Summer Extravaganza in Seattle on August 5. Our (wonderful) Novice crew will be going and we can support them (and get in some more racing and maybe even crew with them???). Green Lake has a buoyed course, is in town so close to EVERYTHING and has a great stadium/finish line viewing area. Standard registration closes July 27 so you will have to make up your mind quickly so our Regatta Committee can get busy putting the schedule together. If you would like to go, please sign up on this spreadsheet so I can let Regatta Comm. know we have some masters going. (This is not a sign up for the actual race - just trying to find out interest.)
