Special weather statement from Environment Canada - strong northwest winds beginning late Tuesday afternoon with gusts up to 70 km/h. NOTE: come prepared to row (you never know what the water is like at the club until you get there) but also bring a t-shirt and running shoes in case we end up erg/circuit training.

 

Focus this week is on the DRIVE!

Tue: 10-14K, technical focus on drive. Rate 18-22. Only stop for a drink after 4K+. Partner up with similar speed rowers (C5)

Thu: WU & start workout at 6:45pm. 2 x 16' @ R28. 4' rest. (C4) Last 250 before each turn bring it up 2 strokes.

Sat: WU. Meet at 7:45 so everyone is on the water by 8:00. Meet at wall for 8:45am start. 2x500M (open). 3 x 1K (race pace) (C2)
