Dimas found this very good animatronic video from World Rowing that both describes and illustrates how to best execute the rowing stroke. It goes over the points of the stroke that Coach Maks and I’ve described and demonstrated and it quite clearly shows you why and how to correct the entry of the catch (starts at 1:35 in the video) - something we all struggle with.
