On water practice:
Warm up for 30’ (15’ technical warm up + 15’ of pressure pieces, R20, 22, 24, 26, 28)
3 x 1500m TT (1250m R26 + 250m open rate ).
Focus on direct blade placement in the water at the catch so that there is no hesitation or pauses.
