Day 1 - Warm up for 20’, 3’ rest. For the remaining 20’ of the workout: Stay at 20’ test split + 12” @ R22. Last 2’ switch to your 2k R26 test split - 1”
Day 2 - Warm up for 20’. Rest 3’. Then for the remaining 20’: 40” On / 40” Off @ R22
Day 3 - R22 maximum distance. Stay connected to the footplate throughout the drive which gives you a firm pressure on the blade during the stroke.
NOTE: Our next scheduled 20' test is set for Thursday, November 21 (20'@R24 with a 1' max on Saturday to be completed on the ergs after practice.) REMEMBER - the best method to send your results is to photo your screen showing the breakdown of the splits but if for some reason you cannot, definitely remember to send your results to saraforsting@gmail.com.
