As of October 1, 2019, it is time to renew your rowing memberships. In addition to completing the RCA membership, you need to complete all the forms from VRC as well as print out a membership renewal form to turn in to the business office. Our Vice-Captain Membership, Kendra, adds the following message:

"Hi all! Just a note that dues either need to be paid in full or arranged with the office to be made in quarterly payments. Please note that you need to do this step separately and that club accounts do not automatically get charged your fees.

Fees can either be paid online (with your membership number), in person at the office, or by calling the office. Let Kendra know if you have any questions by sending an email to membership.vrc@gmail.com "

Membership Renewal – 2019/2020 Reminder

Membership renewals are due October 1, 2019. The office is sending out renewal notices for all members.

The renewal process is the same as last year’s. Once you receive your renewal notice please complete the following steps as soon as possible:

1.     Sign up on the Rowing Canada website for the VRC program of your choice. Please select your program from one of the 2019/2020 programs listed below. If you are changing your program (i.e. Saturday to Sunday masters) please let the coaches and/or the VC Membership know.

a.     Masters Program - Saturday Training Time 2019/2020

b.     Masters Program - Sunday Training Time 2019/2020

c.     Recreation/Fitness Program 2019/2020

d.     Para Rowing Program – 2019/2020

e.     Juniors’ Program 2019/2020

f.      Juniors’ Novice Program 2019/2020

2.     Please make sure the email address associated with your account is current. This email address will be given to the coaches if they need to contact you.

3.     Fill in the Club Membership application, sign it and submit it at the office or via email (office@vancouverrowingclub.ca).

4.     Pay the membership fee in person at the office, over the phone or online on the VRC website (you will need your membership number).

5.     Make sure to have a club account if you sign up for a competitive program.

6.     Once all of the above steps are completed, you will be notified of your Rowing Canada membership status and your fob will be activated for the new season.
