Day 1)  Erging. Warm up 18' / 2 x (9 x 30" ON/ 30 " OFF) R26 max pressure, 5' break between the sets

 
Day 2)  Erg test 2k R26
 
Day 3)  Practice on the water
Warm up 30min, technical + power pieces. 
3 x 2000m R24/26/28
