The plan is:
This week we complete 20 min on Thursday. The 1 min test you can do either by yourself on Friday or before the practice on Saturday. For 1 min test, you will need to write down your average split as well as the distance covered. I will post a result sheet in the shell bay where you can write down your results.
Next week is 2000m R28.
Day 1) Erging. Warm up for 20', rest 3' / 2 x 5' @ projected pace that you plan on doing for 20 min test + 2"; rest 5'
Day 2) Warm up for 20', rest 3' ; 20min Test R24;
Day 3) Practice on water. To be efficient with time, please coordinate with people you are planning to row with. 4 x 1000m (1st- 500m R20+500mR24; 2nd -500m R24+500mR26; 3rd - 500mR26+500mR28; 4th- 500m R26+250m R28+250m R30);
