Day 1) Technical work. Focus on maintaining the rhythm- the drive to recovery time ratio to be consistent throughout the stroke cycle. As you start fatiguing, the drive time slows down, therefore, your recovery time changes as well. Working and maintaining consistent leg drive speed minimizes the boat velocity variation during the practice. Aim to complete 12km + for the practice.
Day 2) 20 min test R24. In order to avoid overflow of people all in once, try to organize the times of who comes in what time. The first flight will start at 6 pm. Make sure you arrive at the club prior the test to have enough time to warm up. Again, we are starting the test at 6 pm.
Day 3) 1min test. You will have 15min to warm up and to do 1 min test. The first flight starts at 8 am, so try to be in the club prior that to warm up. After the test, we still get on the water for 20min TT.
