the training schedule for the current week is below:
Day 1) Steady states, technical work. Focus on the consistency of the blade height above the water (quite often we still can see blades moving without consistency of the height above the water. The blades come out of the water low, then move up, then again go down, then they sky up in order to square and finally, at some point, get in the water. Try to be focused to extract the blades off the water a bit higher, maintain the height and then gradually, after you completed squaring, decent them down towards the water to place at the catch);
Day 2) Power pieces. 4 x 1000m; R24/26/28/30; The meeting starts at 5:45 pm. The first piece starts from the club's side;
Day 3) Time trials 20min Open rate. If the weather conditions are the same as last week, try to break the distance from the previous 20min TT.
P.S. don't forget to practice erging, the first 20min R24 piece in just over a week.
