Hello team, 

the workout for this week is below: 

Day 1) Steady states, R22, aim to row 12km +. 

Day 2) We should be aiming to get on the water by 6:10 pm and to start the pieces at 6:30 pm latest to have at least 30 min before the big boats start coming out. The juniors will be off the water earlier, so please pass on to everyone to be ready for the meeting at 5:50 pm and to push off the dock at 6:10pm. You will have 25min to warm up and to be at the sea wall, turned and ready for the pieces by 6:25. The main workout is 3 x 1000m R28.

Day 3) Warm up with technical rows till 9 am. Time Trial 20 min, open rate.
