the training plan for this week is below. Again, if you arrive earlier for ear practices, spend time doing dynamic warm up. The intensity will gradually increase over the weeks, so make sure you do enough stretching before it gets too tense.
Also wanted to post the dates for next testing; We'll 3 different sets: 20' R24 / 2km R26 / 1 min max power. As for now, i am planning it for week of November 21-27
20' should reflect on how you progress with endurance. If you do some extra cardio workouts and consistent with practices, you should see some improvements with numbers.
1max pressure should reflect on your aerobic base and threshold training as well as power development.
2km R26 is a prep for 2k test.
I've listed 3 tests and yes,we have only 2 erging days. 20' test is for day 1, 2k R26 is for day 2 and 1min max power will be on Saturday before the practice; also a good warm up before you get on water.
