Hello team, 

There are will be less day light for each practice we get on water. So therefore use time wisely. If you get to the club a bit earlier, get on the erg and do a warm up piece for 10-15min to get your body adapting to the intensity of the session. Do a dynamic warm up forgoing  mobility that is really important to have activated before the session. 

We'll have the meetings before the session at 5:45pm and aim to be on water by 6:00. Again be prepared with your crew combination so that you are ready to get on water right after the meeting. 

The training plan for this week is below: 

Day 1) Steady states, R18. (If you get on water by 6pm, you should have about an hour of workout, that is, with continuous non stop work, going to be about 8-10km.

Day 2) Time Trial 20 min R30. Start time 6:30pm sharp.

Day 3) Warm up for 3000m; 2 x 1000m R28/ 1 x 3000m R30/ 1 x 500m Open rate
