Starting this week we are going to commence 6k testing once again. This is the second last of these tests that you will complete in order to reassess your base level of fitness. All training "numbers" will be derived from here.
Tuesday's workout is stimulating and will help you get your power back up quickly. This workout should be done only if you are planning on testing the following Thursday. If not then a 45min SS is in order. If you cannot make Thursday's test and plan to complete the following Tuesday then you are to complete Tuesday's power work on Thursday. If this is clear as mud then just think about shifting the days workouts ahead by two.
