Erg testing will commence this week on the dates listed below. If you are unable to complete your piece on the prescribed dates, never fear! You can complete it on your own time - the honour system is ok on this one. Please submit your results to me via email.
Tuesday Sep. 27th @ 6pm = 2500m
Thursday Sep. 29th @ 6pm = 2500m
Tuesday Oct. 4th @ 6pm = 6k
Thursday Oct. 6th @ 6pm = 6k
